PANEL TYPES
Don't mix them up. Indoor panels fail in sun and rain; outdoor panels look chunky up close. We spec the right one based on your venue.

Weatherproof, daylight-readable, built for festivals, races, parking lots, sports, and open-air activations.
HOW WE WORK
We're your screen team — not a freight broker. Every step below is run by LED Brothers staff, not subcontractors handed off mid-project.
Date, venue, rough audience size — that's enough to start. No AV jargon required. We come back in 24 hours with a recommendation and a fixed quote.
Pixel pitch, dimensions, structure (flown vs ground), processing, power. One fixed quote — no surprise fees.
Permits, rigging plan, power distro, union labor, load-in scheduling. We coordinate directly with your venue and GC.
On-site crew handles build, calibration, content QC, and live tech support every show day. You focus on your event.
Clean teardown on schedule. Asset handoff, post-event recap, and a single invoice. Done.
DAY-OF-EVENT
No mystery. Here's the flow from truck-rolls to teardown — every event, every market.
Crew + gear + hot spares depart for venue. Production manager confirms load-in window with venue ops.
Wall built, color-calibrated, content QC'd, and signal-tested — finished hours before doors open.
Lead tech on the floor for every minute of show time. Hot-swap a tile in under 5 min if anything fails.
Wall down, packed, gone — usually within 90 minutes of show end. Venue back to clean state.
Single invoice. Post-event recap. Ready for the next one — or the next ten.

| 3.9mm | 30×17 ft | $16,000–$22,000 |
Ranges reflect typical US rental rates including delivery, install, and strike. Your venue, dates, and content workflow shift the final number — we lock it before you commit.
Outdoor, curved, multi-screen, multi-city tours, or anything off-spec — we'll quote it. Most custom projects land between $40k and $250k.
LED VS PROJECTION
Sometimes a projector is the right call — usually it isn't. Here's the honest comparison:
| LED wall | Projection | |
|---|---|---|
| Brightness | 5,000–10,000 nits | ~3,000 nits |
| Performance in lit rooms | Crystal clear | Washes out |
| Outdoor + direct sunlight | Yes (IP-rated panels) | Forget it |
| Aspect ratios | Any — curved, ultra-wide, portrait, vertical | Limited rectangles |
| Resolution close-up | Fine pitch looks crisp from 5 ft | Pixelated up close |
| Cost | Higher | Lower |
| Setup time | 1–4 hours | 30 minutes |
Bottom line: use a projector if budget is tight and the room can be made dark. Use LED if visual impact matters, the room is lit, the event is outdoor, or anything will be on camera.
EQUIPMENT
We don't spec budget no-name panels. Every build uses tier-1 LED tiles paired with broadcast-grade processing.

FAQ
Just tell us your event date, venue (city + name if you know it), and rough audience size. That's enough for us to come back in 48 hours with a recommendation, a fixed quote, and the right size and resolution for your room. You don't need to know what pixel pitch is.
Minimum: event date, city, and rough audience size. Helpful but not required: venue name, indoor or outdoor, whether you'll have a stage, and what content you plan to show (slides, video, livestream, branded loops). The more you share, the tighter the quote.
Quick rule: audience under 50 = 8×6 ft, 50–300 = 12×8 ft, 300+ = 16×10 ft or larger. Anything filmed or streamed needs a higher-resolution panel regardless of size. We'll dial in the exact dimensions based on your room and sightlines — that's part of our job.
For most major US markets, same-day or next-day delivery is doable for standard configurations. Larger custom builds or rural venues need 4–6 weeks ideal. Just ask — we'll tell you straight whether your timeline works.
We focus on LED screens — that's our specialty. For full event production, we partner with vetted audio, lighting, and staging vendors in every major market and can package them under one quote if you'd rather have a single point of contact. Or we'll plug into your existing AV team.
LED is brighter (5,000–10,000 nits vs ~3,000 for top projectors), works in fully lit rooms and outdoor sun, and gives you any aspect ratio — curved, ultra-wide, portrait. Projectors are cheaper but wash out in bright rooms. Use a projector if the room can be dark and budget is tight; use LED if visual impact matters or anything will be on camera.
If you're not sure — don't worry, we'll pick it. Rule of thumb: viewing distance in feet ≈ pixel pitch in mm. A 2.6mm panel looks crisp from ~9 ft, perfect for trade-show booths. Broadcast or close-up needs 1.5–1.9mm. Outdoor or far-throw is fine at 4–8mm.
Yes. Outdoor panels are brighter (5,000+ nits), IP-rated, and use weatherized power. Don't run indoor panels outside — they fail in sun and rain. We spec the right product per environment.
4–6 weeks is ideal for trade shows and corporate events. 8–12 weeks for keynotes or anything custom. Rush bookings (under 2 weeks) are doable in most markets — we keep buffer inventory.
We don't shoot or animate, but we have partner studios in every major market. We always handle on-wall content QC, resizing, and playback regardless of who created the content.
We carry $2M general liability and $5M umbrella. Standard COIs are turned around in 24 hours; additional insureds and venue-specific endorsements take 48–72 hours.
Varies by wall size — a 12×8 ft wall typically needs ~6–10 amps at 120V. For larger builds we spec 208V/three-phase distro and include it in the quote.
We work in every major union convention center (Javits, McCormick, Mandalay, Moscone, OCCC, Las Vegas Convention Center). Union rates are itemized in the quote.
Every show ships with hot spares. Our on-site tech can swap a tile in under 5 minutes — a single panel failure never takes the wall down.
Tell us the basics — event city, date, and rough screen size. We'll come back inside 48 hours with a quote and a recommendation.
